Cancellations & No-Shows

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies, where no fee will be payable for cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment start time, will be charged at 50% of the full treatment fee. No-shows will be charged at 100% of the full treatment fee. Cancellations or amendments to appointments can be made by emailing be.kind.unwind.holistic@gmail.com.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase for all of my relaxation massage treatments. All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable. I've chosen to keep gift vouchers and any lower cost sessions separate, meaning that gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for lower cost sessions. This is to keep the lower cost sessions open to those who cannot usually afford to pay full price.​​
